How To Order Prints

Prints of images found at the  Images Today and Beyond . . .  web site may be ordered through the mail. Follow the instructions below to download and complete the Acrobat (PDF file) order form.

If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system, please go to Adobe Acrobat Reader to install the free Acrobat Reader program prior to downloading the order form.

Get Acrobat Reader Now.

1. Download a copy of the mail order form:
1. Right click the  Download Order Form (PDF 71KB).
2. Select  Save Target As . . ..
3. Save the order form to a folder on Your harddrive.
2. Locate the saved order form file on your harddrive:
1. Double click to open the form in Acrobat Reader.
2. Print a copy of the blank order form.
3. Close the Acrobat Reader program.
3. Go to the Images Today and Beyond web site to view the on-line images.
4. Identify the images that you would like to order prints of:
1. Enter the  Image ID  number in the Image Id Number column on the order form.
2. Enter the quantity and print size desire.
3. Enter the unit price for the print size from the table on the order form.
4. Enter the total price for the print by multiplying the unit price by the quantity ordered.
5. Repeat for additional prints.
5. Total the print prices and enter in the  Total Enclosed  box.
6. Complete the Name and Address information at the top of the form. Leave the Customer ID box blank for first time orders. Be sure to include a phone number in case we need to contact you regarding the order.
7. Complete the shipping label at the bottom of the order form.
8. Select the method of payment and enter the appropriate information.
9. Sign the order form.
10. Make a copy of the order for your record.
11. Mail the order form to the address at the top of the form.
12. Expect to receive your prints in about 4 weeks.
